A great family vacation
We had a wonderful time this last week at a lake house near Crockett, TX. It was so fun to have all our children and their spouses, and all our grandchildren together for the first time in a couple of years! The weather was rainy here and there, but we had some great times at the lake and many good times through the week doing various activities. We built some wonderful memories!

The countdown has begun!
We leave for England on Tuesday, July 22nd. There is much to do between now and then.
The next thing on our agenda is our family vacation which will be at a lake house near Crockett, TX. We're so excited to have all 21 of us together--us, our four kids and their spouses, and our 11 grandchildren, coming from Knoxville, Mobile, Ft. Worth, and Irving!
When we get back from that we'll have three weeks to get ready for a year away! We have much to do, but it is fun to be preparing for the adventures ahead.
